Minimum $250 investment + reimbursement for ingredients. We bring our own cooking equipment and source high quality ingredients. A minimum selection of 2 meals (4 servings each) is required. See meal options below!

Prep
We begin by preparing your kitchen for a feast to be made! This means that you don't have to worry about cleaning up before we arrive. We're happy to put dishes in the dishwasher and clear counter space as needed.

Clean
We think it's important to leave your kitchen better than we found it. The last thing you need is more chores! We will take care of the dishes and wipe counters. We can also take out the trash/compost if necessary.

Cook
We work together to prepare delicious meals which can be eaten immediately, and leftovers can be stored to heat up later. We cook in large batches, so make room in your fridge/freezer! Compostable storage containers are available if you don't have ample pyrex/tupperware.

Postpartum support
You have the luxury of postpartum doula support as well! I'm happy to answer any questions you have and help you apply practical skills when it comes to feeding, sleep, baby wearing, etc. I can also hold your baby if you need some hands free time!

My husband and I created these meals with an abundance of love. We believe that food is the heart of the home, and the way we nourish ourselves and our loved ones can impact the way we perceive the world. Each dish is designed to support the body and Soul with high-quality protein from 100% grass-fed animals, essential nutrients from organically grown herbs/vegetables, and grounding flavor birthed from the creative depths of our hearts. Ingredients are sourced from local AZ farms when possible.

This collection features high-quality protein, essential for tissue repair, hormone balance, and sustained energy. Meals are enriched with vibrant herbs and vegetables, delivering a wealth of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to promote recovery, strengthen immunity, and provide nourishment throughout pregnancy.
We prioritize healthy fats from nourishing sources like avocado and olive oil and coconut oil/milk—critical for hormone production, brain health, and absorption of fat-soluble nutrients. Each recipe is slow-cooked or gently prepared to preserve integrity and enhance digestibility, making them as comforting as they are beneficial.

Phở gà
A soul-warming bowl of comfort, our Phở gà is crafted with love and tradition. We simmer a whole, juicy chicken low and slow to extract every ounce of flavor, infusing the broth with fragrant Vietnamese spices like star anise, cloves, and ginger. The result is a golden, aromatic broth that's both light and deeply satisfying. Best served over rice noodles and garnished with fresh basil, cilantro, mint, jalapeno, and a squeeze of lime—this dish is pure, nourishing bliss.


Lentil Watt
Savor the comforting depth of our Lentil stew — a hearty, slow-simmered stew made with earthy lentils infused with a healing medley of warming spices. Each spoonful wraps you in the soothing embrace of cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, garlic, chili powder, and smoked paprika — spices long treasured for their anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting, and postpartum healing properties.

Creamy Italian Chicken

This is more than just a meal—it’s a satisfying, restorative dish designed to fuel your body and comfort your soul.
Italian Beef
Savor the bold, rustic flavors of our Italian Beef, made with 100% grass-fed and finished beef from a trusted local farm. Slow cooked to tender perfection, the beef is infused with a rich blend of Italian herbs and spices—think garlic, oregano, pepperoncini and crushed red pepper—for a deep, savory flavor in every bite. Best served dripping in its own jus on a hearty, crusty French roll. This sandwich is a perfect balance of juicy, spicy, and satisfying.
