What happens
if I am unable to attend your birth?
Let's face it, sometimes life happens and it's not possible for one person to manage a 24/7 on-call life style. In the event that I become ill, or another birth unexpectedly conflicts with yours, my partner will step in to support you.
You may be thinking, "WHAT?! I'm not comfortable with a stranger attending my birth." I don't blame you. Birth is a deeply personal event where you will likely be at your most vulnerable. That's why I invite my partner to join us for our two prenatal visits so that you can connect with her and feel confident knowing that no matter what, you will be supported by someone who is qualified, compassionate, and who knows your desires for this birth.
